Christmas Cratchits is a fun piece of family theatre with a unique difference.  Every time the play is performed, it will be different.  And it will be different because each show has a section written and performed by a group of people from the town or village hosting that performance.

Once a Lady
A new a play with original music, toured to over 30 community venues in the North of England.  The project included creative writing workshops and a book and photography project, funded by LEADER+ and G4A.  It played in 6 rural touring schemes in 3 regions Northern, North East and Yorkshire, touring in Cumbria, Lancashire, Cheshire, North Yorkshire, Durham and the East Riding.  The project was commissioned by the Northern Consortium of touring schemes and the project was managed by Spot On Lancashire & Highlights and the tour was managed by Blaize.

On Pendle Hill
Developed as a project in partnership with Spot On Touring Scheme (Lancashire): Blaize were commissioned to undertake a Youth Arts project funded by LEADER + to enable young people to work with the company and to commission and produce a new play.  The project included a series of workshops for 6 groups of young people who contributed to the devising of the new work, On Pendle Hill which toured in June 2004 and Spring 2005 - ‘curtain raisers’ at many venues were performed by the youth groups.

A Way of Life

Commissioned by the Forest Education Initiative for children and families designed to be performed both indoors and outside and containing information about trees, conservation and the management and uses of wood.

Sister play to Yew Wood- wouldn’t you? this was also commissioned by the Forest Education Initiative for children and families.

A seasonal cabaret for children and their families about giving and receiving presents designed to tour to village halls.
